WelcomHeritage's Chinnar Plantation Bungalow is located in the Semni valley Tea Estate, near Elappara, on the cardamom hills of Peer made in central Kerala. The estate has private lakes and bridges and is located at a height of 2,500 ft. The area surrounding the bungalow is a mosaic of seasonal flowering plants, creepers and vines, well-trimmed lawns and gorgeously landscaped gardens. The 770 sq meter single-storey bungalow, built in semi-colonial style, also incorporates typical Kerala architectural features.
